Al-Murad Courtyard Rehabilitation & Cladding Project Witnesses Dramatic Progress

Under the instructions of the KHS Secretary-General, Dr. Haider Hasan Al-Shammari, the KHS Engineering & Technical staff continues to work on rehabilitating and cladding the courtyard of Al-Murad Gate after rehabilitating its entrances, establishing infrastructure tunnels, and finalizing the installation of umbrellas.
Eng. Muhammad Safaa, the project's supervisor, stated to our website about these efforts, saying: following the completion of the infrastructural works, the project has progressed to the next phase. The technical staff began tiling the Murad courtyard's floor with marble in architectural designs, in accordance with schedules and an action plan to ensure that the ongoing works do not impede visitors' movement.
He continued, "As for the tiling materials, the finest types of marble and granite in various sizes with a thickness of 4 cm were used."
It's worth noting that the KHS Secretariat General is eager to develop new worship spaces to serve the Holy Shrine's visitors under different weather conditions.
