With the march of the multitudes of followers and lovers of Ahlul-Bayt coming towards the Holy Shrine of Imamain Jawadain (AS) with deep sorrow to recall the martyrdom of Imam Muhammad Al-Jawad (AS), the ninth Imam, KHS Secretariat General, under the guidance of its Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, has prepared a mourning program within the Holy Courtyard to commemorate this sad anniversary.

The program included reciting some verses of the Holy Quran, delivering lectures, and mourning sessions.

The pulpit was ascended by his eminence Sheikh Ahmed Al-Rubay’i who touched on some aspects of Imam Jawad’s (AS) life and reviewed the responsibilities of Imamate at a very early age which is something Imam Jawad and Imam Mahdi (PBUT) have in common.

His Eminence Sheikh Al-Rubay’i also shed light on the vital role that Imam Al-Taqi (AS) played in spreading the message and knowledge of Islam and stressed that Imam Al-Jawad (AS) and his noble traits should be taken as a role model by all believers.

The mourning program also included some poems of eulogy delivered by chanters from KHS which was attended by masses of visitors.
