To offer condolences to the family of the prophethood (AS), Shiite Endowment Diwan (SED)/Department of Reviving Husaini Rituals organized a mass march in the presence of a number of directors-general, the heads of Diwan’s departments, and other holy sanctuaries, besides the servants of Kadhimian Holy Shrine.

The march started from Al-Murad Street, heading towards the Holy Shrine of Imamain Kadhimain (AS), while chanting some poems of eulogy on this sorrowful occasion.

The mourning march was received by Eng. Saad M. Hasan, the KHS Deputy Secretary General, and a number of members of the Management Board, and was concluded with a session of mourning at the Holy Courtyard.

His Excellency Sheikh Imam Al-Kadhimi delivered a lecture during the mourning ceremonies, highlighting some blessed merits of Lady Zahra (AS) and her vital role in preserving her father’s (SAAW) message.

For their part, the mourners expressed their thanks and gratitude to the Secretariat General of Kadhimain Holy Shrine for its efforts in receiving the mourning ceremonies.
