Under the slogan: “From the light of our Prophet Muhammad “SAAW” Allah created all that is good”, The KHS Secretariat General held its 11th Annual International Scientific Conference, and was concluded with the following recommendations:

1. Come back to the authentic approach of the Prophet Muhammad (SAAW) and establish it in terms of thought, behavior, and application through workshops that educational and judicial institutions address.

2. Media institutions should play an effective role in spreading the Prophet’s biography through audio, video, and dialogue programmes.

3. Respected art channels should step up their cinematic, theatrical, and dramatic efforts to take the life of the Holy Prophet as an example for addressing some problems and finding solutions to them in order to reach the Muslim family in general and the Iraqi family in particular, as well as warning of the repercussions of following in the misleading media footsteps.

4. Employ social media platforms to share what would upgrade the social status, including posts, videos, purposeful advertisements, and coverage of events and activities that promote the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAAW).

5. Expose the true enemies who are trying to lead people astray from the Holy Prophet's teachings, call to abandon our traditions, erase the true identity and keep the youth off the straight path. It is a responsibility that intellectuals, scholars, and educators should shoulder.

6. Address misconceptions that misrepresent the Prophet's legacy by clarifying the Prophet's approach in dealing with various religions and sects based on human rights and his call for security, peace, coexistence, and tolerance.

7. Submit the recommendations to the following authorities, urging them to fulfill their obligations in finding the necessary solutions for social and economic issues in order to serve the community at all levels:

A. Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research.

B. Ministry of Education

C. Religious Committee in the Iraqi Parliament.

D. Shiite Endowment Diwan’s institutions, including:

• Research, Studies, and Documentation Center.

• Department of Religious Education

• Department of Public Relations and Islamic Media.
