In an effort to improve the personal potentials of the Holy Shrine's servants, a training course in etiquette was organized by the KHS Public Relations Department / Training and Rehabilitation Unit, in cooperation with the Warith Academy for Human Development and Specialized Studies affiliated with Imam Hussain Holy Shrine.

The Training Course was attended by a number of the KHS staff from Public Relations Department and guest houses.

The course program which was presented by Mr. Ali Al-Hashimi, the lecturer, covered a variety of topics, including workplace etiquette skills and their significance which help in understanding how to conduct in the work environment, standards of hospitality and its basics as well, in addition to the etiquette of gifts, conversation, table setting, dining, and other topics.

It is worth noting that the KHS Secretariat General was keen to host these specialized courses that would allow the KHS staff to improve their job performance and offer the best services to the holy Shrine's guests.
