Under the guidance of KHS Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, to Implement humanitarian and service campaigns in educational institutions to contribute to providing our dear students with services and a suitable environment.

The KHS mobilized its staff from Engineering Affairs, Auto, and Public Relations Departments, besides the Sections of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, with the support of the KHS relevant service departments, and in cooperation with the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad Governorate, Karkh III / School Buildings Department, to carry out a wide campaign to rehabilitate (18) schools in the holy city of Kadhimiya, and the city of Hurriyyah in Baghdad.

The campaign included rebuilding the fences of a number of schools, painting classrooms, maintaining doors and windows, and renovating and repairing lavatories.

The KHS technical workshops efforts also included the upkeep of various schools' damaged desks.

It is worth noting that the General Secretariat continues its blessed humanitarian and service initiatives by mobilizing its efforts to rehabilitate a number of schools later on, in addition to the infrastructure projects taking place at the Kadhimiya Holy Shrine.
