Under the guidance of the KHS Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, to establish a museum for the Kadhimain Holy Shrine for heritage and antique collections, the Holy shrine delegation headed by his Excellency Sheikh Imad Al-Kadhimi, the Head of Kadhimiya Heritage Rejuvenation Center, visited Al-Kafeel Museum for masterpieces and manuscripts at Abbas (p) holy shrine.

The visit included a tour throughout the museum where some important historical masterpieces were seen, along with exploring the documentation, preservation, display, and storage processes at the museum.

The delegation was received by Mr. Sadiq Lazim, the head of the center. During the meeting, several issues were considered including museum activities and its departments, horizons of cooperation between the two institutions, besides how to benefit from their combined knowledge of heritage.
