On the auspicious occasion of the day of Mab’ath (Holy Prophet Muhammad’s SAAW official appointment to the Prophetic Mission) on the 27th of Rajab, and the Holy Quran International Day, under the auspices of the KHS Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, the Holy Quran Center held a Quranic forum at the Holy Courtyard of Imamain Kadhimain (AS).

The forum was attended by a group of the Holy Quran teaching staff and a number of the visitors of Imamain Kadhimain (AS).

After reciting some verses of the Holy Quran by reciters from inside and outside the Holy shrine, Sheikh Muneer Al-Kadhimi delivered a lecture highlighting the holy Quran verse “And We have sent you ˹O Prophet˺ only as a deliverer of good news and a warner.” Where he referred to the occasion of the day of al-Maba’th, the declaration of the prophethood of Prophet Muhammad (SAAW), conveying the message of Allah, emergence of Islam, beginning of forming Muslim character and changing society's culture in accordance with the principles, values and morals of Islam.

The forum also included a poem delivered by Al-Jawadain Chant Band, and the ceremony was concluded by awarding certificates of merit and some gifts to the participating reciters and the students of Spring Quranic Courses held by Al-Shawwakah Mosque and praying for hastening the reappearance of the Master of the Time, Imam Mahdi (AAF).
