KHS Secretariat General Holds Introductory Seminar on E-Governance & Formal correspondence Systems

Through the vision of the Kadhimain Holy Shrine's Secretariat General, as represented by its Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, to keep up with digital systems' services in the administrative tasks, and its interest in developing technical and technological aspects, an introductory seminar on how to employ computer technology and information networks in formal letters.

The seminar was held at Al-Hamza Conference Hall in the Kadhimain Holy Courtyard, by hosting a number of the Information Technology Center's staff of Imam Ali Holy Shrine, in the presence of the KHS Deputy Secretary General, Eng. Saad. M. Hasan, a number of Board Members, and the heads of KHS departments, sections, and units.

The seminar witnessed a review for new applications and systems being used for formal correspondence, with an introduction on the system adopted by Imam Ali Holy Shrine in saving files, paperwork, and documents and the process of keeping them online in reliable and secure manner.

This system is used to cut expenses, save time and effort, and facilitate search, follow-up, and archiving processes that may help improve the services provided by KHS.
The seminar was also enriched with the questions and discussions of the audience.
