In order to develop the personal potential of the Holy Shrine's administrative staff in regard to the field of administrative planning, the KHS Secretariat General/ Training and Rehabilitation Unit, in cooperation with Warith Academy for Human Development and Specialized Studies, organized a training course entitled “Forms of Formal  Correspondence and Accuracy of Arabic Language”.

The course which was presented by Mr. Ahmed Al-Shihrestani included elaborating on the concept of administrative levels, the formal correspondence styles and types, as well as the methods of writing letters, formal papers, and correspondences, in addition to highlighting the most common linguistic mistakes and pointing out the proper alternatives.
