In preparation for the Ziyara on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Muhammad Al-Jawad (AS), under the guidance of KHS Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. AL-Shammari, KHS Secretariat General held a meeting, in the presence of its deputy Secretary General, Eng. Saad M. Hasan, and the KHS heads of the service, administrative, engineering, technical, and media departments and sections.

The meeting discussed the organizational, service, and media preparations besides other requirements made by the KHS departments to meet the needs of this sorrowful occasion to be witnessed in the Holy City of Kadhimiya.

The conferees also considered some suggestions benefiting from the experiences of previous Ziyaras.

The meeting also emphasized implementing the instructions of the KHS Secretary General in maintaining coordination and cooperation within the holy Shrine’s staff and with the authorities concerned of governmental directorates and other institutions to ensure the smooth running of the Ziyara according to the adopted plans.
