Under the guidance of the KHS Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, the KHS delegation headed by Eng. Saad M. Hasan, the KHS Deputy Secretary General, visited Diwan of Endowments for Christian, Yazidi, and Sabean- Mandaean religions.

KHS delegation was welcomely received by Mr. Dasen Solayman Saffo, Deputy Head of the Diwan for Religious and Cultural Affairs.

KHS delegation convoyed the heartfelt condolences of the KHS Secretary General and his board management on the tragic incident of fire in Al-Hamdaniya district, Nineveh Governorate.

The meeting stressed the importance of strengthening human bonds and citizenship and establishing social communication bridges between all people of Iraqi society, with all its religions and sects, and consolidating a culture of human communication stemming from the words of the Commander of Faithful, Imam Ali (PBUH), “People are of two kinds, either your brothers in faith or your equals in humanity”.

Mr. Saffo, for his part, expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Secretariat General of Kadhimian Holy Shrine for its vital role in fortifying the bonds that link Iraqi society's values, social, and religious system, as well as preserving the commonalities between religions in a way that serves security and peaceful coexistence, and rejecting sectarianism and racism in all its forms.
