Within the interest of the KHS Secretariat General, represented by its Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, in developing the personal potential of the Holy Shrine's administrative staff regarding administrative planning, the KHS Secretariat General/ Training and Rehabilitation Unit, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, organized a workshop on the administrative and leadership organization, in the presence of Eng. Saad M. Hasan, the KHS Deputy Secretary-General, a number of the KHS servants, and a group of Ministry of Education’s staff.

The workshop which was presented by Dr. Ali Jawad, covered a variety of topics, including elements of administrative planning in general, the nature of behavioral skills required to excel at work, and how to deal with and overcome obstacles when making decisions, in addition to developing leadership qualities and taking initiative at work, and other discussions regarding developing creative ability in the workplace.
