Stemming from Imam Sadiq’s (AS) saying, “Keep our message ever alive. May God have mercy on whoever keeps it alive.", the KHS Secretariat General held sessions of mourning to mark the passing anniversary of the pious, the descendent of prophethood, the branch of Imamate, and the mountain of knowledge, our Master Al-Qasim, the son of Imam Kadhim (PBUT), on the 22nd of the month of Jumada I.

The mourning program included a series of lectures delivered by his Excellency Sheikh Abbas Al-Mandalawi, who touched upon some glimpses of the blessed biography of our master Al-Qasim (AS), which represents an extension of his immaculate forefathers and their sublime merits.

His excellency also referred to the status of our Master Al-Qasim (AS) in the sight of Ahlulbayt (AS).

On this sorrowful occasion, the Hussaini chanters Mulla Hasan Al-Naddaf and Mulla Mustafa Al-Soudani also took part in the mourning sessions with some poems of elegy.
