Al-Shammari, a delegation from Kadhimain Holy Shrine visited the University of Baghdad to congratulate Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Kadhim on the anniversary of the blessed month of Ramadan and the occasion of being appointed President of Baghdad University.
