The Turkish President of Directorate of Religious Affairs, Mr. Ali Erbaş, accompanied by the Ambassador of the Turkish Republic to Iraq, had the honor of visiting Imamain Kadhimain (AS).

The delegation, who was warmly received by the KHS Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, expressed their happiness with this visit.

The KHS Secretary General, on his part, gave a brief account of the history of the Holy Shrine and the significance of this holy place regarding its spiritual, intellectual, and religious influence on all Muslims.

The delegation then had a tour inside the holy courtyard and reviewed the historical and Islamic architecture sites of the holy shrine, the projects being achieved, and the services offered by the Kadhimain Holy Shrine to the visitors.

The delegation was highly impressed by these accomplishments and the Holy Shrine's spiritual atmosphere.

At the end of the visit, the delegation received some mementos from the blessings of Imamain Kadhimain (AS) and thanked the KHS Secretariat General for their kind hospitality, wishing them all success.
