Statement of Secretariat General of Kadhimain Holy Shrine
In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.
(Among the believers are men who have proven true to what they pledged to Allah. Some of them have fulfilled their pledge ˹with their lives˺, others are waiting ˹their turn˺. They have never changed ˹their commitment˺ in the least.)
Allah, the Most High, the Most Great, has spoken the truth.
The Secretariat General of Kadhimain Holy Shrine, with heartbreaking and deep sorrow, mourns the martyrdom of the esteemed Mujahid and pleased martyr, the leader of the honorable Lebanese resistance, His Eminence Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, along with a number of his fellow Mujahidin and dozens of innocent civilians who were martyred in a massacre that stains the conscience of humanity, was brutally executed by the coward Zionist army in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
In full view of the world, for years, the deceased martyr humiliated global Zionism through his resistance against the occupying Zionist entity. A courageous leader steadfastly remained on this approach, inflicting upon them the bitterness of disgrace, humiliation, shame, and loss until he proudly achieved martyrdom.
On this painful tragedy, we offer our heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to the esteemed people of Lebanon, the brave resistance fighters who faithfully follow the path of the Holy Prophet Mohammed and his Immaculate Progeny, and to all free people around the world.
We beseech the Almighty to bestow His boundless mercy upon the departed martyr of the blessed Islamic resistance and those martyred alongside him. May they be gathered in the company of Imam Hussein, his brother, our Master Abbas, the sons of Hussein, and the companions of Hussein (Peace Be Upon Them All), in a place of truth near the Omnipotent King.
May He inspire their families, loved ones, and supporters with patience and solace. There is no power nor strength except by Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. Indeed, we belong to Allah and to Him, we shall return. Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. The wrongdoers will come to know what evil end they will meet, and the ultimate outcome belongs only to the righteous.
