The Secretariat General of the Kadhimain Holy Shrine regularly holds specialized courses and workshops aimed at developing the skills of its staff, particularly in the administrative aspects, due to their direct impact on work organization mechanisms.

KHS Training and Scientific Qualification Unit concluded the third edition of Al-Jawadain (PBUT) Course for Mid-Level Leadership, which was held in cooperation with Fikr Center for Leaders Development.

The course, which covered various aspects, including the general principles of leadership, modern methods of planning, administrative processes, and organizational structure, was to enhance the expertise of the holy shrine’s heads of departments, sections, and units while also highlighting their roles as links between upper management and operational management.
