Under the Guidance of the Secretary General of Kadhimain Holy Shrine, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shimmery, KHS delegation participated in the scientific forum titled “Baghdad is Founder of Scientific Hawza”, which was held by Karbala Center for Studies and Researches / Baghdad Office that is affiliated with Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, in cooperation with Imam Kadhim (PBUH) University, in the presence of academic and scientific figures.

Several speeches were delivered during the event that highlighted the significant role of universities, academic institutions, and research centers in promoting scientific and intellectual awareness through reviewing the contributions of Baghdad scholars and Hawza that greatly contributed to the advancement of knowledge and sciences, where it became a gravitating resource for researchers and thinkers.

His Excellency Sheikh Imad Al-Kadhimi also took part in the forum with a research paper entitled “Shareef Al-Radhi’s Efforts in Establishing Baghdad Hawza”. Where the session was enriched with the attendee’s questions.

The delegation, for his part, appreciated the efforts of the forum organizers, wishing them more success.
