Under the guidance of Kadhimain Holy Shrine Secretary-General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shimmari, a delegation of KHS Scientific Training and Qualification Unit visited the General Directorate of Civil Defense and was warmly received by its Director, Major General Muhsen Kadhim.  

The visit meeting featured reviewing the KHS practical steps and its support for the developmental programs and training activities aimed at enhancing the capabilities of KHS staff.

The meeting also discussed the importance of strengthening joint cooperation in civil defense, organizing new training programs, and implementing preventive measures to ensure the safety of visitors of the Holy Shrine.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the KHS delegation honored the Director General of Civil Defense with a copy of the Holy Quran and a letter of appreciation, acknowledging his efforts and collaboration in organizing an advanced training course on civil defense procedures and firefighting, wishing more success to all the directorate's teams.
