Under the guidance of the KHS Secretary General, Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, the KHS Holy Quran Center delegation attended the meeting of the Supreme Quranic Committee of running the Quranic affairs in the Shiite Endowment Diwan and the Holy Shrines and sanctuaries.

The meeting was held by the National Center of Quran Sciences, in the presence of the center’s Head, Dr. Rafi’ Al-‘Aamiry, and the heads of the Quranic centers of the Holy Shrines and Sanctuaries.

The conferees discussed the internal system themes of the committee, reviewing the most important Qur’anic activities that are expected to be held, including the Holy Qur’an International Day.

The committee also stressed the need to intensify its efforts and activate joint cooperation between the Quranic centers and institutions.

It’s worth noting that the KHS Secretariat General is always keen to take part in such forums with the aim of supporting the Quranic initiatives, promoting Quranic awareness, and applying its straight guiding principles.
